Delete your PhysioGlobe account

Delete your account in the app

Open PhysioGlobe and sign in to your account. Go to Profile, scroll to Delete account, then tap Delete my account. Read the warning, select Continue, enter your password, and confirm Permanently delete account.

If you want a copy of your CPD record, export it before deleting your account. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Cannot access the app?

Request deletion by emailing petrosp1999@hotmail.com from the email address associated with your PhysioGlobe account. Include “PhysioGlobe account deletion” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Do not send your password.

What is deleted or retained

Deleting your account removes your PhysioGlobe profile, Firebase Authentication account, CPD logs, saved handouts, and spaced-repetition records. Data may remain temporarily in provider backups until overwritten under their normal retention cycle. Non-identifying aggregate exercise and daily usage counts are not linked to your account and may be retained.

Deleting your PhysioGlobe account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings. Apple, Google, or RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records under their own policies; contact us if you also want us to request deletion of personal data we control through a provider, subject to legal retention requirements.
